This work is about rediscovering your connection — to the earth, to spirit, and to your own inner guidance.

My orientation:

I believe we are all embedded in a living ecology that extends well beyond the human world. Nature, spirit, and reciprocal relationship with all things is the ground of this work.

I try to live in service to the values of gratitude, humility, and courage, and I hold myself to the same standard of growth I ask of anyone who comes to this work. I also like to laugh, and believe that playfulness is part of healing.

My training in transpersonal psychology at Naropa University gave me a framework to understand, and a way to put to use the values I integrated from my first spiritual emergence. The work of growing on this path over the last 25 years has included study and mentorship across different traditions, as well as shaping my life and work around spiritual growth. Much of my guidance comes directly from spirit, and my aim is to help others grow their own ability to connect in these ways.

A portion of proceeds from group offerings supports indigenous organizations, and I am committed to making this work accessible.

Individual Offerings

Ceremony

Ritual has served an essential function for human beings for many thousands of years. At it’s essence, ritual is a way to focus attention and intention, identifying and moving toward your soul’s desire. Whether you call that goal setting, prayer or magic depends on your belief system.

Ritual creates conditions for healing, connecting to spiritual guidance, and transformation that ordinary therapy can’t. Many modern westerners have experienced profound loss around these kinds of traditions, and there is great joy in helping people find their way back.

Each session is prepared through prior journeywork consulting helping spirits and guides on your behalf before we meet, and continues as a fluid process when we work together. This work is rooted in nature and oriented toward helping you reconnect with your own guides and helping spirits.

Sessions are offered individually and may include:

•      Intentionally altering consciousness through ritual and drumming

•     Energetic clearing

•      Blessing and protection

•      Ancestral work and healing

•      Psychopomp and mediumship

Sessions are two hours. In-person ceremony is offered in Colorado, including access to a dedicated outdoor ceremony space available June through September. Limited virtual ceremony options are available — inquire for details.

Spiritual Emergence Coaching

Spiritual emergence coaching is oriented around your unique process, beginning with making sense of what brought you to this point.

Over time the work may include:

  • Understanding the process with a developmental framework

  • Psychic hygiene

  • Grounding and managing new ego states

  • Processing difficult material or periods referred to as dark nights of the soul (DNOTS).

  • Exploring lineage and spiritual frameworks that resonate with you personally

  • Belief system exploration and integration

  • Developing your own connection practices

  • Tracking and integrating your evolving values

Community Offerings

Spiritual Emergence Circle

The Spiritual Emergence Circle is a small, closed group for people in the midst of spiritual opening — offering a skilled container, peer witnessing, and practical guidance for navigating what comes next. This group exists so you don't have to find your way alone.

This group is for you if:

•      You've had an experience that fundamentally changed your perception, beliefs, or sense of self

•      You're looking for direction and context after experiencing psychic or spiritual opening

•      You want support discerning what this experience is asking of you

•      You're functioning, but something foundational has shifted

This is not a therapy group or a crisis service. It is facilitated by Christina Oshier Andrews, LPC, a licensed professional counselor trained in transpersonal psychology and a spiritual practitioner with over twenty years of clinical and spiritual emergence experience.

Format: Closed cohort — 6–8 weeks, weekly or biweekly via Zoom

Group size: 6–8 participants

Participation begins with a brief screening conversation.

•      You want peers who understand both worlds
